Programmes, meetings, workshops and assemblies all use the same National Zoom account. Booking here is what keeps two bodies from planning the same hour.
Every booking is visible
The calendar shows the department and programme holding each slot, so you can see exactly what is happening and when the platform is free.
Conflicts are refused
Two reservations can never overlap. If another body claims your slot a second before you confirm, the system rejects the second booking and tells you which hours remain.
